The website is currently undergoing some major work. There have been many changes in the last years and the original code, that was used to build the site, is due to be deprecated in the next few months so, in order to stay online a complete re-write is required. This has prompted a rethink and a chance for a root and branch change towards a site with greater functionality more towards the creation of a community site which enables customer and producer views to be aired.

There have been many changes in the way the internet works since the original site was created with the rise in social networking and the trend away from personal computers towards mobile phones and tablets.  About 30% of visists to this site are now from these more modern devices and  sites need to be able to be viewed on a wide range of screen sizes. An early task has been to make this happen on this site.  If you have a mobile or tablet check it out!.  If you  play with screen size on a PC you will also notice how the layout changes with the size.

There is still a long way to go but further developments will be ongoing with a radically new site planned by the end of the year.

The current focus is on security and data processing with little attention having been made to 'the look' so forgive the site is not very pretty at the moment.
