The lates Government Guidelines on closing businesses.

  • To protect our customers and our producers, Usk Farmers' Market will not continue in its traditional form until further notice.
  • We are currently working on an online ordering system instead, where orders
can be collected at Usk Memorial Hall Car park on the usual Market days
between 10.00 am and 12 noon.
  • The online catalogue is available to browse for items. Please contact the
producers directly via the contact details provided for orders and payments.
Ordering via the website is currently unavailable, but we are working hard to
get this operating as soon as possible.
  • Collections are for pre-ordered items only.
  • Customers wishing to purchase produce must pre-order and pay prior to
each collection date. This is currently the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each
    month.
  • Customers can visit the online catalogue to browse
    products.
  • For customers who have existing ways of ordering directly with the
Producers, there is no reason that this should not continue, as long as the
    following protocols are observed.
  • Products will be brought to the Memorial Hall Car park on established
market days (1st and 3rd Saturday of each month), between 10.00 am and
12 noon, where they will remain stored in the stallholders vehicle until the
    collection.
  • Customers wishing to purchase produce must pre-order and pay prior to
    the collection.
  • No cash payments will be accepted at collection under any
    circumstances.
  • Customers and Producers must keep two-metres apart throughout the
    collection.
  • We recommend the following action on arrival at the Memorial Hall Car
    park:
    • Customers should park, then contact the producer on the number
provided to advise them where they are parked and what order(s)
      they are picking up.
    • Customers may open their boots and the producer can place the
      orders in the car.
    • If you have ordered from more than one Producer, you will need to
      repeat the steps above.
  • It has been traditional for customers to arrive at the market considerably
earlier than the advertised time, in order to secure products. As this
scheme is for pre-ordered products only, please note that collections will
only be available 10am to 12 noon.
  • If there are any issues with the above, please contact Usk Farmers’
    Market via email - info@fmiw.co.uk.
